We will work closely with the contractors and engineers to make sure the contruction project is on track financially and meet the deadlines agreed to. You will get the seamless interaction between our architect staff and the contractors.
For some renovation programs, having a project manager or “Owner’s Rep” is a useful device for owners. An Owner’s Rep can facilitate value-engineering and alternative approaches that may be outside the straight-forward agendas and expertise of general contractors and other vendors.
If required we can provide you with LEED management for your project in order to find all of the USGBC documentation services needed and lead/advise the design team and owner throughout the process. We also provide commissioning services to make sure we’re getting the benefits we designed into the project and provide consultation services on where to go green and how much, for both new construction
and renovation projects.
